Get Well Wishes

THF (That Happy Feeling) extends a sincere get well soon to JD Lasica . Get over that dose of pneumonia real soon mate.

The December cicadas (Christmas beetles) are making a really noisy racket outside. Its been warm and humid, but there's showers forecast for tomorrow night and similar weather until the weekend when it might fine up.

Not much of a chance to blog before Saturday as the calendar is starting to get a little stretched.

I'm doing a shift swap for one of the guys at work tomorrow which gives me a sleep in for the morning but means I won't get home before about 8.30pm.

Thursday working 8-4 and then have to be in Concord, an inner western suburb by 6pm. A train ride and then bus should get me there on time. Can't say too much about that yet; but think lights, camera, action. More about it later.

Friday evening, choir is doing Christmas Carols for the Willoughby Senior Citizens Centre. We were there two years ago, couldn't get back last year, and they've asked us back this year. Its great to be with people who don't get much of a chance to get out and about or have any real entertainment, so we're all looking forward to it.

Saturday evening is a 25th anniversary for The Dukes; John and David. Looking forward to that. A few friends are meeting at The Norfolk for bistro and drinks.

Sunday afternoon is Christmas Carols at the QANTAS Club Lounge at the Sydney Domestic Air Terminal. That should be fun, and then Monday its back to work for a rest.

I need a bigger diary. :}
