"Toni & Guy require cut/colour models for students. $15 per cut/$35 per colour. I think they're hairdressers.
That's the sort of day today is. The weather outside is "blech", its grey, overcast, not cold, but cool. Working this afternoon from 3-11. Nothing on TV tonight so if its quiet I'm going to try to rip a couple of CDs to MP3 for the iPod, which remains securely wrapped in its tight plastic cover. Yesterday I was able to check how much money I'll be paid next Thursday and I might just be able to sashay up to the Applecentre at Darlinghurst and say I want an 12.1" iBook. I've done a heap of reading and comparing lately and I'm pretty sure thats the way to go. The only small, black cloud on the horizon was reading a newsgroup where someone had written that the 12" screen was too small and causes eyestrain etc. That's probably piffle, but plan A this morning was to go to an Applecentre and check one out, sort of try before buy. I never actually made it so that's the first thing on Monday's agenda, after breakfast.
This morning's Daily Telegraph had a very short piece about the possibility of Channel 9 here in Sydney, putting on a local version of QEFTSG. They're intrigued by the huge ratings its getting in the USA. I suppose if people watch "Big Brother" and "The Block" (competitive home renovation/reality TV, then they'd watch QE.
Apart from that there's absolutely nothing going on. I've read the blogroll and I've got an hour and a half to kill before work. I might go for a walk and do some window shopping/crusing.
Again, happy weekend, people.
